Enough of the gas rip offs

OK enough is enough! Every day we hear all the lame reasons why oil prices and ultimately gas prices are going up. We know there is price fixing, commodity traders leaking secrets and every other method these common thieves can come up with to rip off consumers.
The industry is out of control and can not or will not regulate itself. I have never been a supporter of government intervention into commerce, but in this case it is absolutely necessary. The electric power generation and natural gas industries are regulated. Gasoline and Diesel production and sales also has to be regulated. The price of fuel effects the rest of our economy to the point of running it out of control.
The time is now for our legislators to get off their dead asses and fix the problem.
Action is also needed in the White House. The administration should be partnering with every other country it can to stand up to the Oil sucking leaches of OPEC. Unfortunately I don't see much happening on this front with "The Oil Baron" currently residing in the White House.
Being an election year, this is the best opportunity to get our elected officials in gear to fix this problem. To quote a Glen Frye song "The Heat Is On".
I encourage all readers to take action on this issue. Forward this information to everyone you can. We wouldn't tolerate a thief stealing Granny's purse, nor should we tolerate the oil industry stealing the money out of it.

My Online Activites are constantly evolving.

After 2 years on the air, we have put the #1inmusic radio stream to rest. As the technology on the web advanced, we saw a drastic drop in listeners. Because of this we have dropped the broadcast. Technology has advanced and music listeners have many more options to listen to the music they want in real time. It was a fun project.
We have also dropped the #1inmusic chat room on Starchat.net. We've started a new chat room on starchat. The room name is #realfriends. A number of our friends from the old chat room have joined us in the new room along with a bunch of new friends.

The rules in our room are minimal. Chatters must be over 18 years of age. As the room name implies, we want chatters to be real. So leave all the false fronts at the door and be yourself.
